Yoshiumi Ikiikikan Roadside Station and Ehime Prefecture's local dish "Taimeshi" have been certified as "Food Culture Museum" facilities by the Agency for Cultural Affairs
The Agency for Cultural Affairs is working to unify information about museums and facilities that provide learning and experiences related to food culture through a virtual online museum called the "Food Culture Museum."
Through this museum, we hope to provide visitors with an opportunity to experience Japanese food culture, and to visit each facility to learn about and experience local food culture
