Reservation process
Please download the desired reservation form, fill in the required information, and send it via email.
*For landing tours, a guide arrangement fee will be charged starting 7 days prior to the tour date. Please be sure to contact us at least 7 days in advance if you need to change the number of participants or cancel your reservation.
Our reservation staff will check the reservation details you have sent and contact you
For tours, we would appreciate it if you could let us know the attendance status on a regular basis. Also, please let us know whether the tour will be held or not at least one month before the tour
The ferry will always operate on time. Please arrive at the Yoshiumi Ikiiki-kan roadside station at least 30 minutes before departure to complete the boarding procedures.
If you anticipate missing the ferry due to traffic congestion or other reasons, or if you are unable to board for any special circumstances, please contact us immediately.
