If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you cancel due to your own circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply.

■ How to contact us
*Cancellation requests will, in principle, be accepted during the business hours of the "Head Office Reservation Department" (weekdays 9:00-17:00).
(1) However, if the day before or the day of your reservation falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the "Head Office Reservation Department" will be closed, so please contact the Michi-no-Eki Yoshimi Ikiikikan directly by phone during its business hours.
