At the Yoshiumi Ikiiki-kan roadside station, we will be selling a limited-time, limited-quantity winter special: Red Snow Crab Miso Soup.
We use red snow crabs directly from Sakaiminato!
The rich flavor of the crab, which melts from the plump meat, harmonizes with the miso soup, creating a mellow taste.
