Hakata Ramen General Election
We held the "Hakagata Ramen General Election" to determine the No. 1 ramen from the monthly ramen varieties that we have been selling since July 2025, based on customer votes!
After the voting period (March 1st to March 31st, 2026) ended, we have tallied the results and are now announcing them.
1st place: Sea bream salt ramen
2nd place: Salt-based champon noodles made with Hakata salt
3rd Place: Lemon-Scented Scallop Butter Salt Ramen Made with Hakata Salt
Thank you to everyone who participated in the voting.
The ramen that won first place be added to the restaurant's regular menu starting April 13, 2026 !
We will continue to strive to create menus that will please everyone, so
we appreciate your continued patronage.

We are currently compiling and selecting ideas based on the submissions we have received.
The selected ramen dishes are planned to be sold as monthly specials in 2026.
The results will be announced on our website as soon as they are decided.
