Kaizan Park
This park is located at the summit of Mount Kaizan, 149 meters above sea level. It is known as a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, and from the observation deck you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Chugoku Mountains, Shikoku Mountains, Omishima Bridge, Hakata Oshima Bridge, and Tatara Bridge. In addition to cherry blossoms, there are also azaleas, and you can enjoy the changing scenery throughout the seasons. The park also has playground equipment such as a 36-meter slide and jungle gym

Funaori Seto
The narrow strait between Hakata Island and Ushima Island has a river-like current that can even break ships, hence the name. You can enjoy the changing scenery of the red lighthouse's rocky shores due to the tides, as well as the ships passing by. On the west side is Tori Kojima (white lighthouse), a place of legend. Tori Kojima is home to ancient tomb ruins and was once the site of a naval outpost, with remains of a pier remaining on the coast

Sasagejima
Angel Road
Angel Road is a natural phenomenon, a sandy road that appears at low tide. This road connects Hakata Island with a neighboring small island over a distance of approximately 450 meters, and is also known as the "Mont Saint-Michel of the Shimanami Kaido." Legend has it that couples who walk hand in hand along this road will find happiness, and it is also known as a "sacred place for lovers."

Dolphin Farm Shimanami
This is one of the largest dolphin interaction facilities in Japan.
Not only can you observe adorable dolphins up close, but you can also shake hands and kiss them on the interaction course, and on the swim course you can hold onto their dorsal fins and swim under the guidance of a trainer, as well as experience underwater observation.
Come experience a moving and relaxing time like you've never experienced before.

Hakata Beach
This beach is located at the foot of the Hakata-Oshima Bridge in Hakata S.C. Park.
It is equipped with showers, changing rooms, and toilets, and is known as a beautiful spot for viewing the bridge illuminated by the sunset.
From the beach, you can enjoy the unique scenery of the Seto Inland Sea, with views of the Hakata Bridge and other islands.
The beach is also home to Dolphin Farm Shimanami, where you can interact with dolphins.

Hakata Furusato Historical Park
This is a spectacular observation park located on a hill overlooking Hakata Port. In the center of the park stands Kinoura Castle, a restored medieval mountain castle that is used as the Hakata Town Local History Museum. It is a spectacular spot where you can gaze out at the sea and get excited about history and romance
