We offer a wide selection of ramen, including the popular "Salt Ramen Made with Hakata Salt," Imabari City's soul food "Roasted Pork and Egg Rice," and "Corn Butter Salt Ramen Made with Hakata Salt," a delicious combination of rich butter and corn!
We issue point cards that you can collect with each visit. When you collect 10 points, you will receive a free side dish of your choice! When you collect 20 points, you will receive a free bowl of ramen of your choice!

Hakata Ramen General Election Results Announcement
We held the "Hakagata Ramen General Election" to determine the No. 1 ramen from the monthly ramen varieties that we have been selling since July 2025, based on customer votes!
After the voting period (March 1st to March 31st, 2026) ended, we have tallied the results and are now announcing them.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the voting.
The ramen that won first place be added to the restaurant's regular menu starting April 13, 2026 !
We will continue to strive to create menus that will please everyone, so
we appreciate your continued patronage.

1st place: Sea bream salt ramen
It received a large number of votes and proudly took first place! It
was popular from the time of its release, and especially in the latter half of March, it saw a significant increase in votes, brilliantly securing the top spot.
2nd place: Salt-based champon noodles made with Hakata salt
It garnered consistent popularity and ranked second!
This highly-rated menu item, which also received positive reviews during its monthly limited-time offerings, consistently received votes every day during the voting period.
3rd Place: Lemon-Scented Scallop Butter Salt Ramen Made with Hakata Salt
Coming in at third place is "Scallop Butter Salt Ramen"!
This dish garnered a huge response on social media and saw its vote count increase significantly in the latter half of the voting period.
Although it came in a close third place, the result clearly demonstrates its immense popularity.
4th place: Salt ramen with the aroma of four kinds of mushrooms
"Mushroom-flavored salt ramen," which has a strong following, ranked 4th.
It garnered particularly high support on Instagram, indicating its photogenic appeal and popularity among women.
5th Place: Spicy! Burnt Green Onion Salt Ramen
"Charred Green Onion Salt Ramen," which came in 5th place, also put up a strong fight until the very end!
It saw a sudden surge in votes on March 31st, demonstrating the strong support it received.
