What is " Shimanyami Shoten

"Shimanyami Shoten," a regional brand that promotes the charms of the Shimanami Kaido and Imabari,
was established in 2025 by Shimanami Co., Ltd.

■Main Initiatives
In fiscal year 2025, the company is working to promote the charms of the region through "product development."
They are cultivating lemons using abandoned farmland on the island and creating products using lemons grown on their own farm.

Captivated by the nature and beautiful scenery of the Shimanami Kaido, I moved from the city to Imabari City.
Currently, I am involved in the activities of "Shimanyami Shoten" and working to promote the charm of the region.

Shimanyami Lemon Cheesecake

This lemon cheesecake uses lemons from Oshima Island in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture.
The lemons are carefully grown on our own farm.

Shimanyamise and cheesecake

is made with Setoka citrus fruit from Omishima Island in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, and Hakata salt, a specialty of Hakata Island in Imabari City.
It is a Setoka cheesecake made with a focus on locally sourced ingredients.

A collaborative product between Shimanami Co., Ltd. and Kuwabara Foods Co., Ltd.
Produced in collaboration with Kuwabara Foods, a food manufacturer in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture.
This minced meat cutlet uses lemon juice and zest from Oshima Island in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, and domestically raised chicken.
